The Equality Equation facilitates economic equality for disadvantaged communities by creating mutually beneficial development projects where government, non-profit, private industry, and investors are comfortable with projected outcomes politically, socially, and economically.
INDUSTRIAL PARK
FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
The Industrial Park for Workforce Development aims to move workforce development programs from being an act of social responsibility and into a space where they are an economically viable function for community, government and those companies that employ and provide services for disadvantaged citizens.
The HBCU Wellness Project creates revenue streams for the schools by building economically viable anchors of education, healthcare, workforce development, and sport. The Wellness partners will develop economic opportunities by bringing the following sustainable operations on and around campus.
The Athletic Live and Learn Center will grant the youth of Southside Virginia a space to play, learn, heal, and grow. The facility will enable students to travel safely from home to school, to their after-school program and back home. At the ALL Center, “iBall, iLive, iLearn”
The Equality Equation provides foundation for community building. This is a two-fold process that provides access to new facilities with 21st century technologies.
We also provide workforce development opportunities, empowers the community in trade, further developing marketable skills. This is access.
